I work with a diverse range of individuals, including young adults, parents, and families. Whether you're navigating the challenges of early adulthood, seeking guidance on parenting, or looking for support in family dynamics, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your concerns, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful growth and change.

My specialties include conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals understand and overcome their challenges. Through detailed psychological assessments, I help clients gain clarity on their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns, identifying underlying issues that may be impacting their well-being. These assessments can provide valuable insights into conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma, offering a clear picture of your strengths and areas for growth. Combined with CBT, I work with you to reframe negative thought patterns, build healthier coping mechanisms, and create lasting change.
My goal is to provide a holistic approach that empowers you to live a balanced, fulfilling life.In addition to my work with younger children, I provide support to teens and emerging adults, helping them manage stress, anxiety, and identity development. I guide them through challenges in relationships, school, and work while fostering a stronger sense of self and emotional well-being.
Parenting support is another area of focus in my practice. I work closely with parents to provide strategies for addressing behavior, improving communication, and supporting their child's emotional growth. By offering tools to navigate these challenges, I help parents foster an environment that nurtures both their child's and their own emotional health.
