I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents, offering a variety of therapeutic services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. Whether through individual therapy, family support, or group work, my approach is rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices. I am dedicated to helping children, teens, and families navigate challenges, develop emotional resilience, and grow in their social and emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore, heal, and thrive as they work toward personal growth and improved relationships.

I specialize in working with preschool and elementary-aged children, focusing on key areas such as anxiety, emotional regulation, stress management, and the development of social-emotional skills. Through tailored interventions and assessments, I help young children build resilience and healthy coping strategies, equipping them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
In addition to my work with younger children, I provide support to teens and emerging adults, helping them manage stress, anxiety, and identity development. I guide them through challenges in relationships, school, and work while fostering a stronger sense of self and emotional well-being.
Parenting support is another area of focus in my practice. I work closely with parents to provide strategies for addressing behavior, improving communication, and supporting their child's emotional growth. By offering tools to navigate these challenges, I help parents foster an environment that nurtures both their child's and their own emotional health.
